Hello, I'm Lauren Noelle Bragassa—a clinical herbalist, yoga teacher, nature enthusiast, and dog mom. Growing up in Colorado, I've always felt a profound connection to the healing power of nature, which has fueled my passion for holistic medicine.

Through my own health journey I experienced the limitations of conventional medical approaches—short appointments, unheard concerns, neglect of mental and spiritual health, and dismissive diagnoses. This fueled my commitment to supporting others in the ways that Western medicine often cannot. And that journey has led me to you! 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Regis University in 2018, followed by a certification in Advanced Herbalism from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in 2022. These experiences, coupled with allopathic clinical work, reinforced my understanding that the body will heal itself when given the right tools.

My passion for movement and breath, led me to complete my 200hr yoga teacher certification in 2024. Just one of many embodiment tools I use in my work.

For me, health transcends food and exercise protocols; it's a practice of sacred embodiment that empowers each of us to embrace our vitality!
